Your AI is smart.
It just doesn’t know you.

You keep explaining your work, projects, and preferences across conversations.

In this four-week challenge, you build your AI a place to work. You get one organized office with your projects, your contacts, and the context that matters, so it stops starting over and starts keeping up.

02 / The four weeks

Build it. Personalize it.
Put it to work.

Start with one manageable project. Each week, add a useful capability to the same office and finish with a concrete result.

Week 1

Set Up Your Office

Personalize your assistant, add approved context, and create your first project. Complete a small task, save a handoff, and retrieve the next action in a fresh conversation.

Scheduled task practice: Inbox triage

Find messages needing attention and prepare suggested replies from a supplied sample or an approved connection. Keep replies as drafts for review.

YOUR WEEKLY OUTPUT

A working office with reviewed context, one saved project and result, a verified resume point, and an inspected backup.

Milestone 1 · Resume a task

Week 2

Give It Context

Organize scattered sources and relationship context. Separate facts from proposals and unknowns, prepare a meeting brief, and draft a follow-up grounded in the outcome notes.

Scheduled task practice: Meeting recaps and project check-ins

Meeting recaps: Summarize decisions and actions from available notes or transcripts. Review owners and deadlines before saving tasks in approved records.

Project check-ins: Flag approaching deadlines, missing inputs, and stalled work. Show the source for each flag and identify decisions that need you.

YOUR WEEKLY OUTPUT

An updated project, a relevant person record, a meeting brief with sources, and a reviewed follow-up draft.

Milestone 2 · Connect a project and a person

Week 3

Put It to Work

Plan a realistic day and week around priorities, constraints, and available time. Turn a useful job into reusable instructions, then test those instructions on a second input.

Scheduled task practice: Daily preparation

Review your daily note and calendar, then suggest priorities that fit the day’s actual constraints. Use available approved inputs or a supplied calendar sample.

YOUR WEEKLY OUTPUT

One realistic working plan and one reusable process that produces a useful result twice.

Milestone 3 · Handle a routine

Week 4

Delegate and Maintain

Give an agent a bounded assignment with clear sources, allowed actions, and a review point. Check facts, approve corrections, save a handoff, and practice backup and recovery.

Scheduled task practice: Weekly reviews

Assemble completed work, open commitments, and next week’s decisions from current records. Keep unresolved commitments visible and connect them to their sources.

YOUR WEEKLY OUTPUT

A checked delegated result, an accurate current record, a useful handoff, and a restored practice file.

Milestone 4 · Resume and recover

The task templates include required inputs, scheduling guidance, and review rules for supported setups. Connections and actions depend on your assistant; use the manual option when scheduling or input access is unavailable.
