Watch the foundation lessons and try the Week 1 setup. If the challenge isn’t a fit, email us by the deadline above for a full refund.

The guarantee is tied to the cohort’s November 1 start. November 8 is the same deadline for everyone. Joining after the challenge starts gives you less time to request a refund; it does not start a new seven-day window.

What you need to try

• Watch the two foundation lessons.
• Attempt the Week 1 setup and first-task checklist using the supported setup instructions.
• Email your refund request before the fixed deadline.

An unsuccessful attempt on a supported setup can qualify. You do not have to get the setup working to use the guarantee.

How to request a refund

Email hello@techtiff.ai with the subject “AI Office Challenge refund request.” Include your name, the email used to enroll, and a brief note confirming the lessons you watched and the setup you attempted.

You do not need to send passwords, your private vault, or confidential work files. If you ran into a setup problem, briefly describe what happened.

Your request must reach that inbox by November 8, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PST). A qualifying request received before the cutoff stays eligible even if we review or process it afterward.

What happens next

We’ll review your request against the steps above and contact you if we need clarification. Qualifying requests receive a full refund of the amount paid for the challenge to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your payment provider.

After a refund, access provided by the challenge purchase ends. A refund does not cancel a separate subscription you hold.

Requests received after the deadline are outside this guarantee. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

The completion reward is separate

The two additional free months of Flow Club are a membership reward for meeting the challenge’s completion requirements. They are not a cash refund and do not extend this refund deadline.
