Information and inquiries

The site describes available training formats. Sending an inquiry does not reserve dates, confirm acceptance, create an account or authorize a payment. Availability and the appropriate scope are confirmed in a separate conversation.

Please provide accurate contact details and only information you're authorized to share. Don't use the form to submit confidential documents, account credentials, payment-card details, spam or harmful content.

Training agreements

The signed training agreement sets the participants, sessions, preparation requirements, deliverables, dates, fees and payment terms. It also sets any cancellation, rescheduling, refund, recording, licensing and support terms. This website does not introduce a separate cancellation or refund policy.

Additional teams, integrations, custom development, travel or continued support are included only when the applicable agreement says so. An inquiry or a general description on this site does not expand a signed scope.

Learning and results

Examples illustrate possible uses of AI; they are not a promise of a particular financial result, amount of time saved or level of adoption. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and needs appropriate review before use.

Any specific learning goals, completion checks or correction commitments should be recorded in the training agreement. Teams remain responsible for using approved tools and information.

Using this website

You may browse and link to the website. Don't interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade abuse controls or use it unlawfully. Content and third-party marks remain subject to their owners' rights; access to the site does not grant resale or republication rights beyond those available by law or permission.

External links lead to independently operated services. Their own terms apply to their accounts, subscriptions and purchases. This site's inquiry form does not process those transactions.

Existing login, shortcut-download and workshop registration or confirmation pages may remain on this same domain. These new website terms do not replace the terms or purchase agreements applicable to those retained features.

Website terms may be updated with a new date. An update to this page does not by itself amend an existing signed training agreement.
