Information you provide

The inquiry form asks for your name, work email, company, training interest and a short description of what you want your team to learn. Follow-up correspondence may include details you choose to share about the training you need.

Please don't include passwords, payment-card details, confidential client documents or sensitive personal information in the inquiry form. This form does not create an account or collect card payments.

Technical and operational records

The form creates submission identifiers and timestamps. The intake system also records the website source, processing status and delivery/retry information to prevent duplicate entries and recover failed sheet updates or internal notifications.

Abuse controls use keyed hashes derived from email and IP addresses. These are used to limit repeated submissions; they do not replace the contact email stored with your inquiry. The intake code does not save a raw IP address in the inquiry database. Hosting and infrastructure providers may separately receive network details such as IP address, browser information and request time.

How your information is used

Inquiry details are used to respond, understand the training request, prepare a relevant proposal and manage related follow-up. Operational records help protect the form from abuse and keep delivery reliable.

Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter, create a community account or send you an automatic marketing email. Those signups are separate choices on the linked services. A reply to your inquiry is a separate follow-up.

Where the information goes

• Supabase runs the intake function and stores inquiry records.
• Google Sheets and Apps Script provide the private working copy used to manage inquiries. The workbook is owned by Tiff and shared with individually invited team members, not through public-link access.
• Resend, when internal notifications are enabled, processes your inquiry details to send an alert only to hello@techtiff.ai, using the notify.techtiff.ai sending domain. It does not send an automatic reply to the person submitting the form.
• Vercel hosts these pages.
• Email providers process the internal alert and correspondence when you email us or receive a separate reply.

Your inquiry is stored in Supabase first. Sheet updates and internal notifications are separate delivery steps, so a problem with one does not discard the saved inquiry. Access is restricted to the people and service connections handling follow-up and site operations. Providers process information on their infrastructure, which may be in countries other than yours.

Fonts, icons and other linked services

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and visual assets from Iconify and, on the training page, Manus's asset service. Your browser contacts those providers to retrieve the files, exposing ordinary request information to them.

The inquiry script does not set advertising cookies or include advertising pixels. Internal notifications are plain text, with no tracking pixel added by the notification code. This does not mean that hosting providers or independently linked services collect no technical information.

Links to third-party community, newsletter, event, download and social services are subject to those services' privacy notices.

Retained TechTiff features, including /login, /shortcuts and workshop registration or confirmation pages, may appear on the same domain. Their account, download and transaction flows are separate from the new training inquiry described here. This notice does not describe all data processed by those retained features or replace prior notices or agreements for them.

Retention and your requests

The need to retain an inquiry depends on whether the conversation is open, training is being arranged or delivered, and whether related records are needed for operational or legal reasons. Contact us to ask about the records associated with your inquiry.

You can request access, correction or deletion, or tell us you don't want further inquiry follow-up, by emailing hello@techtiff.ai. We may need to verify that the request concerns your information. Applicable rights and any limits on deletion depend on the circumstances and relevant law.
